• The Retail Coordinator position is an entry-level sales position that serves as a training ground for potential Territory Manager. This position allows the Retail Coordinator to master salon operations and gain experience in the industry, while developing the necessary foundation to be a Territory Manager. Performance objectives determine the Retail Coordinator's ability to move into a Territory Manager position. The Retail Coordinator is also responsible for implementing product promotions and sell-through programs, manage the retail area and serves as an Aveda expert.

Duties:

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for salon meeting their retail goal
• Promotes and demonstrates featured product for client
• Performs and teaches Aveda Sensory Experiences
• Closes sales
• Organizes / hosts monthly/ quarterly Lifestyle Workshop
• Provides daily/ weekly/ monthly/ feedback on retail results
• Provides retail recap, introduces and implements new retail programs, such as Retail Edge and reviews goals and products at monthly team meetings
• Assists in managing inventory and client returns
• Merchandises retail area according to Aveda schematics and monthly promotion

Education/Experience:

• 2+ years retail sales experience
